Are there washers and dryers in the units?

No, but we do have onsite laundry facilities available for your use. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located downstairs in the mansion. It costs $1.50 per load for washing and $1.50 per load for drying. Change and laundry soap are available at the front desk during normal business hours. Please note that our laundry facilities are open from 9 am until 9 pm daily.

What is provided in my unit?

All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Kitchens are equipped with glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a blender, and a coffee pot (filter and grinds not provided). We do provide toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. Each bathroom has a bar of soap, but no other toiletries are provided.

How early can I check in to my vacation rental at The Quarters at Lake George?

Check-in begins at 4 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins due to the limited time for cleaning and repairs between guests.

During my stay, where should I dispose of my garbage?

There is a dumpster across from the mansion where you can dispose of trash and recyclables while you are a guest at The Quarters.

Is The Quarters at Lake George handicap accessible?

The Quarters at Lake George was built and established before 1991, so we do not meet the current ADA requirements. Most units are 2+ floors and have stairs to get into the units. The doors on the property are older and narrow, and many of the showers have a step to get into them. The property itself sits on a large hill with a steep incline. Unfortunately, our property is not handicap accessible. Please contact us with questions.

Are pets allowed in the vacation rental units?

No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our vacation rentals.

How close is the resort to Lake George Village?

We are only a half-mile down the road from Lake George Village. Our secluded location close to all the events and attractions in the Lake George region is one of the things our guest love most about The Quarters at Lake George. What time do I need to check out at the end of my stay?

Check out time is 10:00am. We ask that you please be prompt in vacating your vacation rental unit as we only allow a short time to prepare your unit for the next guests. Please bring your keys to the front desk when you check out or leave the keys on the kitchen counter and call our office to let us know you have checked out.

Who do I call in case of an emergency at The Quarters at Lake George?

For plumbing, heating, lockouts or electrical emergencies, please call (518) 668-4901 and listen to the menu prompts. In case of fire, medical emergencies or other emergency situations, dial 911.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 60-day cancellation policy. A $150.00 handling fee will be applied to any canceled reservation. If you cancel with less notice you will forfeit your entire deposit. We do not overbook our units and we guarantee your reservation; therefore we cannot make any exceptions. Reservations are commitments for the full period requested; absolutely no refunds after arrival. Furthermore, we request that payment of the remaining balance due be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.
