Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, but we have on-site laundry facilities available for your use. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located downstairs in the mansion, with prices starting at $1.50 per load for washing and $1.50 for drying. Please note that our laundry facilities are open from 9 AM to 9 PM daily.

  • All bed linens and bath towels are provided. The kitchens are equipped with glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and a coffee maker (dual sided- kcup on one side and a full pot on the other). We also supply toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. Each bathroom has an automatic soap dispenser, but no additional toiletries are provided.

  • Please bring your own food, coffee, and spices. We also recommend that you bring your own towels for the pool and beach, as the towels in the unit must stay in the unit. Additionally, we suggest you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

  • During your stay, please be aware that there is no housekeeping service, and linens and towels will not be changed or replaced. Each unit is stocked with enough linens for your entire stay. If you need additional linens, they can be provided for an extra fee.

  • No, we provide propane grills throughout the property for everyone to use. Please note that portable grills and citronella candles are not allowed in the rental units or on the decks due to fire hazards. Other grills and cookers are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Check-out Procedure

    Check out time for all vacation rentals at The Quarters at Lake George is 10:00am. Check in time is 4pm. As we have a limited amount of time allotted to prepare your unit for the next guests, we ask that you please vacate in a timely manner. Please follow all check -out guidelines posted in the unit. Please return your keys to the front desk upon check-out.

  • To accommodate the youngest guests staying at our Lake George resort, we offer crib and high chair rentals. Additional fees for these items are as follows:

    Cribs: $25.00

    High Chair: $10.00

  • Dock slips are available at The Quarters at Lake George for an additional fee, based on availability. Boats up to 24 feet are $75 per day, and jet ski slips are $50 per day. Renters can begin requesting dock slips in April of the current year. We are unable to accommodate drop off/pick up services, if you are renting a boat for the day and want to dock for any period of time at The Quarters, you will need to reserve a dock space and pay the fee. Keys

Upon check-in, you will receive two (2) sets of keys. Please return these keys to the front desk when you check out following your stay with us. Please note, there is a $10.00 charge for each lost/not returned key.

Decks

For your safety and the protection of other patrons enjoying their vacations on Lake George, we ask that you do not hang towels, clothing, or anything else from the decks or deck railings. This is strictly prohibited in all vacation rental units.

Damages

Your Lake George vacation rental unit will be carefully inspected prior to your arrival. Should you discover any damages when you begin your stay with us, please let the front desk know immediately.  A refundable security deposit of $250 minimum will be collected upon your arrival.  Please keep in mind that any items that are missing or damaged following your stay will be billed to your security deposit or credit card upon inspection after your departure.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A $150.00 handling fee will be applied to any canceled reservation. If you cancel with less than 60 day notice you will forfeit your entire deposit. Cancellations within 30 days you will forfeit the entire reservation amount. We do not overbook our units and we guarantee your reservation; therefore we cannot make any exceptions. Reservations are commitments for the full period requested; absolutely no refunds after arrival. Furthermore, we require a minimum of 50% deposit at time of booking your reservation and will automatically charge the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Any modifications to a current reservation, including changes to unit selection, reductions in length of stay, or alterations to dates, within 30 days of arrival will not be permitted. Changes made to a reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of $150. Please note that these policies do not apply to extensions of stay or adjustments in the number of guests.
