Fractional ownership at The Quarters at Lake George is a fantastic investment that will elevate your vacation lifestyle. By purchasing a quarter or fifth share, you gain access to up to 13 weeks at our beautiful Adirondack resort. Quarter-share owners enjoy one week per month, plus an additional extra week between May and September. Fifth-share owners have 10 weeks—one week every five weeks. Weeks rotate annually, ensuring that every owner experiences each calendar week over a four-year cycle.
As a part-owner, you can relax in a beautifully decorated lakeside condominium without worrying about grounds maintenance, property upkeep, or repairs. Fractional ownership and timeshare ownership differ in a few key ways:
